North Dakota: Concealed Carry Legislation Passed from Committee

Yesterday, the House Energy and Natural Resources Committee passed concealed permit enhancement legislation, House Bill 1450.  The measure now heads to the House Floor where it could receive a full vote as early as tomorrow, and your Representative needs to hear from you!

House Bill 1450 enhances North Dakota’s permit laws by reducing certain minor violations on its list of prohibiting factors for applicants.  HB 1450 would allow more individuals to exercise their constitutional right to self-defense, and committee members need to hear from you!

Again, please contact your State Representative and ask them to VOTE YES House on Bill 1450.
