New Mexico - Senate Judiciary Committee To Consider SB 275

Next week, the New Mexico State Senate Judiciary Committee will consider SB 275, a bill to protect New Mexico shooting ranges from closure due to frivolous nuisance lawsuits filed by newcomers who acquire property near existing range facilities.

The State Senators listed below are key members of the Senate Judiciary Committee. Please contact them at the capitol first thing Monday morning and urge them to support SB 275, a bill to keep safe, controlled shooting facilities open in New Mexico.
