Alabama Attorney General Bill Pryor was awarded the Harlon B. Carter Legislative Achievement Award, the highest tribute conferred by NRA`s Institute for Legislative Action. NRA-ILA Executive Director James Jay Baker presented the award at the 2001 NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits in Kansas City, MO.
